RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange up to 30 days from shipping date. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.

Returns:
You can also return unworn, unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax, to the credit card on the original order. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

Exchanges:
If your clothing item is in new condition with tags still on clothing and unworn, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. If any other item is still in the packaging form, you may exchange that item as well. You will still have to pay return shipping.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Back Orders
All available items will be shipped as your order is process. Any back orders items will be shipped when they come available with no extra shipping cost.

Glassware Items

Glassware items are manufactured by Susquehanna Glass Company. If the product arrives broken or the quality is not good, they will stand behind their product. You can contact Susquehanna Glass directly.
